In 2013, my wife and I started our Bin There Dump That business with 1 truck and a couple of bins to serve Grand Rapid’s residential remodeling and cleanout needs. Today, we’ve grown into multiple trucks and many bins as we expand along with the strong growth of this great town. In addition, cities like Ada, Byron Center, Caledonia, and more have seemingly exploded as the local economy, and nationwide awareness and awards bring a lot of interest to Grand Rapids.

Through this growth it’s been important that we maintain our commitment to the best, friendly service possible for our customers. With over 150 positive reviews through Facebook, Google, Angie’s List and other review sites, we are grateful to those who have rented with Bin There Dump That and were kind enough to write their thoughts down. We have several remodelers who started with us in 2013 and are still with us, and several more that have been with us for 3 years. With over 50% of our business from repeat customers, we know it’s important not only be friendly and courteous, but consistent in the execution of our service.

Without our team of Bin There Dump That drivers, none of this would be possible. Several of our team members have been with us multiple years. Many are full time Grand Rapids firemen helping us on their days off, along with ex-military, and just great guys. It’s their efforts that put our customers at ease when it comes to renting a dumpster.

It is great to serve Grand Rapids, in just a few short years so much has changed: the Medical Mile, downtown restaurants and breweries, supporting and working with Habitat for Humanity, and the growth of outlying cities and their own downtown areas..
